Explore Circle Ridge restoration and reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm and other property losses, delivered with responsive coordination from initial assessment through final completion and no A.L.E (additional living expenses).

Following a major fire loss in Waterloo, Circle Ridge managed the complete rebuild from initial assessment through to final handover. Working alongside the homeowner and insurance team, we coordinated the insured restoration, design, permitting, trades, inspections, and reconstruction.

The homeowner also chose to invest beyond the insurance-funded repairs, creating an opportunity to modernize and enhance the home during the rebuild. Upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, flooring, millwork, and finishes were incorporated throughout.

The result is a fully rebuilt home that not only restores what was lost, but delivers improved functionality, modern design, and greater long-term value.

Fire Damage Restoration – Etobicoke

Circle Ridge worked closely with the homeowner and insurance team on this fire damaged home to coordinate the restoration and rebuild. Throughout the rebuild, we worked directly with the homeowner to select finishes, materials and design details, creating opportunities to modernize the home while coordinating the restoration within the insurance claim. The result is a fully restored home tailored to the homeowner’s vision.

This fire restoration project involved the complete recovery of a residential property following significant fire damage. The scope of work included emergency demolition, removal of compromised structural elements, and full remediation of fire, smoke, and charred materials. Once the site was safely stabilized, this part of the home was rebuilt with new framing, insulation, and interior assemblies, restoring structural integrity while preparing the space for finishing. The project returned the property to a safe, code-compliant condition, ready for final finishes and renewed occupancy.
